Subscription details

Membership is mandatory to take part in all organisational events and activities. In order to meet the untoward expeses of the federation, nominal subscriptions from the members are being collected. All the subscitptions and expenses are through Bank transactions only to provide transaparacy & accountability of funds generated.

The Subscription details are as below:

Annual Subs : ₹ 720/-
Lifetime Subs : ₹ 6000/-

The members of state where accounts are not opened can directly deposit fee amount in Central A/C and contact to Central Treasurer Sh Ravi Kr Narayanan at aiexbef.tn@gmail.com or 9940345220.

Accounting

The fund will be disbributed proportionately at 30% to Central Body, 30% to State Body and rest 40% to District body. These Accounting details are made accessible to any member in the federation who can seek clarification on any expenditure incurred by concerrned body at any point of time. The transparancy of fund utilisation is made at the best possible by the transactions through bank accounts only.

Important points while paying subscriptions:

• The Subscriptions must be deposited into the State Account Numbers which are provided below or in respective state pages.
  
• The subscriptions may be though Cash or Transfers.
  
• While making deposits, the Member's Name, State, Mobile and District in Remarks column must be annotated for future reconcilation.
  
• Payment details along with Name, District, Mobile No, Transaction No, date and amount may be informed in Contat Us link of main menu.
  
• These details can also be intimated in Whatsapp groups posting the scanned copy of receipt with your name, Mobile Number, State and District annotated in blank space.
  
• For Annual Subscribers, the due date specified in the registration information of assistance menu. This is an year or multiples of year from the date of intial registration.
