Yes. 'All Banks All Ranks' is the caption and only Ex-Servicemen employed in any Commercial Bank is entitled to become member of the Federation. Admin Checks are therefore in force while membership Registration..

No. The information on AIExBEF can be accessed without logging.....

As elucidated in our objectives, bringing all Ex-Servicemen Bankers onto one stage while ensuring the governmental/Bank's provisions are implemented uniformly and properly.

Do we have to disjoin or withdraw membership from parent Trade Unions after joining AIExBEF?
No. The actual objective of AIExBEF is for Uniform implementation of Government's/IBA's policies specified for Ex-Serviemen properly and uniformly in all banks.
We take up issues directly with Central Government that affect the Ex-Servicemen Bankers and ensure proper implementation by IBA which are beyond Trade Unions' purview.

Absolutely No. The Federation is apolitical and the leadership is changed once in every 2 years throuh General Body Meetings organised in any place across the Country.
The best part of the bylaws and practise is that No leader's photograph is exhibited nor any exaggerated banners of Individual leaders is displayed anywhere
in any activity rendered by the Federation. The very essense of togetherness is what makes the Federation unique and special.
